A person placing an order for such items on this site warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring these items under law. Further, these items cannot be sold to minors, convicted felons, cowards who beat up women, children, or the elderly, or those too weak to say no to drugs.

All powder orders are shipped via FedEx. The FedEx shipping rates quoted on this site for powder and primers already INCLUDE the $25.00 hazardous materials fee. An adult signature is required at the time of delivery.

Please note FedEx will make three delivery attempts before returning your delivery back to us. In which case, you will be responsible for all delivery charges. To avoid this, please make sure you provide a delivery address where someone will be available. This could be your place of employment, family member, or neighbor.
